FR Enfant, Dian a vu un tsunami de boue submerger son village. Seize villages à Java ont été détruits dans ce désastre humain et écologique. Selon de nombreux scientifiques un forage de gaz par une multinationale aurait déclenché cette catastrophe sans précédent. Dix ans plus tard, la coulée de boue n’est pas colmatée… Aujourd’hui jeune activiste, Dian attaque l’alliance entre entreprises et politiciens corrompus qui essayent d’étouffer l’affaire.

NL Dian was nog een kind toen ze een reusachtige moddervloed haar dorp zag overspoelen. Zestien dorpen in Java raakten verwoest bij deze menselijke en ecologische ramp. De gasboring van een multinational zou aan de oorsprong liggen van deze ongekende catastrofe. Vandaag, tien jaar later, blijft de modder stromen… Dian, nu een jonge activiste, gaat de strijd aan tegen een bondgenootschap van bedrijven en corrupte politici die de zaak liefst in de doofpot zouden stoppen.
