BIO Born to parents of Turkish origin, Tülin Özdemir lives in Brussels. She studied film directing at INSAS and visual anthropology. Her documentaries center on the quest for identity, borders and that which unites or separates people.

BIO Tülin Özdemir a travaillé en architecture, design et scénographie avant de commencer l’INSAS. Après deux ans en réalisation, elle se dirige vers le documentaire de création et l’anthropologie visuelle et réalisé son premier film documentaire “Notre mariage”. Une première étape dans sa quête d’identité. Elle s’interroge sur ce qui sépare les personnes et en même temps les lie. Dans le travail documentaire, son désir est d’explorer les thèmes tels que l’identité, le genre et la mémoire.
